Systems & Process Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities
My key responsibilities have changed significantly throughout my time at 3Way and continue to do so. Primarily I am responsible for overlooking and implementing changes and new processes within the business, along with ensuring that the standards are in keeping with 3Way’s ISO accreditations. It is also my job to produce KPI reports, maintain the fleet, arrange events and organise staff training.
No two days ever look the same for me and I love that about my job.
How long have you worked for 3 Way
I have worked for 3Way just over 3 years now and it was a real culture shock for me as I was coming from an incredibly corporate background. However, the leadership team made me feel so welcome; I felt valued and supported from day one. 2020 brought us all many challenges that I don’t think any of us could have ever predicted and working for 3Way during this time has been a real blessing. The way everyone pulled together and supported one another to navigate the ever-changing circumstance was remarkable and something that I am grateful to have been part of.
Outside of work
Outside of work I love spending quality time with my nearest and dearest and doing anything outdoors. Whether that is running, taking our dog George for long walks, exploring new places or stand-up paddle boarding (weather permitting), I just love getting out and doing adventurous things.
