US Finance & HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

I handle all onboarding and DBS checks for approx. 50 members of staff, I process payroll, and look after all of their HR needs.

I check weekly timesheets and manage the staff rota. I order uniform, manage holidays, process payments to suppliers and look after the American bank accounts. I also process all invoices onto the purchase ledger and reconcile the bank accounts. I make payments to suppliers and manage sales ledger accounts.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, breaks away, listening to music and eating and drinking nice food and wine.
