Contract Manager – Ocado
Key Responsibilities
My key responsibilities are to ensure the smooth running of our contract with Ocado by ensuring the cleaning on site meets our high company standards, being available to deal with ad hoc requests and ensuring the smooth running of the team. We currently look after 7 buildings within the Ocado Group so no two days look the same for me but I enjoy it and it keeps me on my toes.
How long have you worked for 3 Way
I have worked for 3Way since September 2021. Most of my skills and experience in managing a team come from 12 years of working in the hospitality industry. I really enjoy working for 3Way as it’s a much more relaxed environment and the support I have received since I started has helped me to transition into this new sector with ease. Working for 3Way makes me feel like a valued member of the team, rather than just another number.
Outside of work
On my days off I enjoy going to the pub with friends and family, I like watching movies (action movies in particular) and looking on the internet for Arsenal’s disappointing football results. Most of all I like spending time with my wife and our dog, George – I especially enjoy this as I didn’t really get time to when I worked in hospitality.
