Key Responsibilities

My key responsibilities at 3Way are to oversee our employee’s employment journey and to ensure that we all work efficiently together. Our employees are at the centre of 3Way so it is essential that we provide positive working environments. My focus is putting the employees first, by sharing knowledge, experiences, and opportunities. This is achieved by working closely with all departments and connecting them all together to solve problems and to create effective outcomes. It is also my role to provide comprehensive support to area managers to ensure the day-to-day operations runs smoothly, which enables our employees to do their best work.

How long have you worked for 3 Way

I started working for 3Way in 2001 then after 15 years I decided it was time to leave and try something new. After 7 years away I decided to come back to re-join the 3Way team. Since I started with 3Way all those years ago I have always been made to feel like part of the family unit.

Outside of work

I enjoy going to gigs and festivals and love walking with my family and dog. I Absolutely adore spending time with my friends and family and socialise with them as much as I possibly can.
